ADAPTER SIZE SELECTION: The vacuum coolant refill tool kit comes with four adapter sizes (O.D. 32mm, 35mm, 40mm, 45mm) to accommodate a wide range of vehicle needs. Ensure that the adapter size matches your vehicle before making a purchase.

The coolant vacuum refill kit should be operated by a professional or under the guidance of a professional. 3. Exercise caution when opening the radiator cover, as high-temperature coolant may be sprayed under pressure. 4. It is recommended to wear protective masks, gloves, and goggles, and work in a well-ventilated area.

VACUUM PURGE PROCESS: 1. Discharge as much residual coolant from the system as possible. 2. Connect the T-type connector to the air compressor/vacuum pump, the drain hose, and the vacuum coolant refill tool. 3. Slightly turn the golden rotary knob clockwise to seal the connection, open the valve, and turn on the air machine for vacuum when the pressure reaches -25~-20 inHg (-50~-60 cmHg). Close the valve and air source.

QUICK COOLANT FILLING: 4. Disconnect the T-type connector from the vacuum coolant refill tool and replace it with the coolant delivery hose, ensuring the suction inlet is completely immersed in fresh coolant. Open the valve, and the coolant will be sucked into the radiator. 5. Repeat the vacuuming and filling process until the coolant reaches the specified level.
