As air bubbles in the coolant system can lead to serious issues like overheating and engine damage, this tool offers a reliable solution. The usage is straightforward: First, ensure the radiator is completely drained of fluid, and engage the car with the heater turned on to open the heater coil for evacuation and refilling.

Next, select the appropriately sized rubber bush for the radiator neck or coolant reservoir, and firmly fit the gauged cooling system adapter into place. Tighten the valve clockwise until it snugly fits the radiator neck.

Connect the venturi valve to the cooling system adapter, then connect the shop air to the venturi valve and the evacuator hose to the other side of the venturi valve. Ensure all valve openings are closed until the shop air is connected.

The hose on the other side of the venturi valve may evacuate any trapped fluid in the system, so it's advisable to place it into a waste fluid pan. Once the air line is attached, open the venturi valve and the intermediate valve on the adapter assembly. Draw a vacuum until the gauge reads between 50 and 60 cmHG.

Close the intermediate valve and venturi valve. If the vacuum drops, there is a leak in the system. If it does not, the system is ready for refilling.

Remove the venturi valve (with the cooling system adapter valve turned off) and connect the coolant hose. Drop the other end into a large container of coolant, mixed to your preferred specifications. Open the coolant tube valve, and the coolant will flow. Use a large container to avoid running out and introducing air to the system.

When the gauge reaches 0 or the coolant stops flowing, the radiator is full. This complete coolant system refiller eliminates the time-consuming bleeding and purging process, ensuring the removal of all trapped air from the cooling system, making the process faster than the traditional radiator burp method.

Additionally, this tool makes it easy to check for leaks while under vacuum. If the vacuum level decreases with all valves closed, there is a leak in the system.
